We talk about his many exit strtegies and how he is saving TONS of cash by utilizing this creative financing strategy because he is not paying traditional Hard Money costs and is getting principle paydown on top of haveing the possibility of discounting the purchase price by closing on the property sooner than the 3yr contract he negociated.
