No matter if you are a Wholesaler, Flipper, Or Buy & Hold Investor you need to know how to find properties at a discount and marketing should be your life blood if it’s not already. Jeff had a Wholesale Meet Up he hosted and the topic was marketing. He had the attendants break up into groups and come up with as many targets as they could for identifying distressed properties and circumstances. Jeff gave them a little direction and only asked them to keep the targets separated by demographic and psychographic (circumstantial) distress. Listen closely because some of these ideas are creative and very targeted and you only need to figure out the best way to reach them. Keep in mind that focusing your efforts on only 1 or 2 could net you a fortune.
